At Dream, Venture & Rise, we empower people with diverse needs, including neurodivergent and physically disabled individuals, to achieve their unique aspirations.

Through personalized STEM-driven tutoring, our dedicated team helps clients build confidence and skills to succeed academically in any subject or grade. We also provide tailored job search support, coaching, and job placement services to help neurodivergent and physically disabled individuals secure meaningful employment. Our tutors design learning plans tailored to each student's needs - for all academic grades and levels, from elementary learning through to college and beyond.

For employers

We carefully match candidates to roles that align with their strengths and interests so that employers can bring on motivated team members ready to contribute with confidence from day one.

When needed, we provide DVR particpants free on-the-job assessments, coaching, and no-cost assistive technology such as screen reader software (JAWS), advanced speech-to-text tools, adaptive keyboards, and mobility modifications. Employers may also qualify to have wages covered during assessment periods while potential hires are evaluated.
